Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the house. Accessible ramps are available at the main door and a lift is operated by staff to all four main floors. A chair lift is available to the Rothschild Treasury and exhibition spaces. Interpretive information is availale in large font upon request.

What's included
- Your House Admission includes access the route through the East Wing of the House, with festive displays, sparkling trees and sumptuous decorations inspired by Sleeping Beauty. Between 6-7pm we have a limited capacity, no videos and reduced noise in the house. We know that it can be difficult to stick to strict timings so we will be offering relaxed entry and exit time so that you can come in anytime within the hour. Our friendly and welcoming staff and volunteers are happy to help with any questions you have. Last admission is at 6.30pm and the House will close at 7pm.
- A guided tour of the House, a guidebook, shuttle bus tickets, Premium Parking, grounds admission. A grounds admission ticket is essential for all visitors wishing to visit the house and can be purchased separately.
- Parts of the House are put to bed for conservation and cleaning during winter months and are not included in the Christmas route.

Designed for neurodivergent adults and children and their family, friends or carers, the relaxed house openings offer a calmer visit to the historic house.
Follow a route through the East Wing of the House, with festive displays, sparkling trees and sumptuous decorations inspired by Sleeping Beauty.
During this time we have a limited capacity, no videos and reduced noise in the house. Our friendly and welcoming staff and volunteers are happy to help with any questions you have.
Sunflower lanyards and ear defenders will be available to borrow in the house. Sensory backpacks available to take into the grounds.
