Our Essential Carer and blue badge ticket process has changed for this event. If you are eligible for an essential carer or blue badge ticket, please contact our box office team at [email protected] with proof of eligibility & our team will happily make the booking for you.
We accept the following proof:
* A valid Access Card with a +1 symbol
* Blue Badge
* A copy of a current award letter of DLA
* PIP
* Attendance Allowance or similar
* Impairment specific registration card/certificate or a recent personal letter of support from your hospital specialist clearly stating the need for a substantial amount of support from another person
This event is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. No children under 12 years of age will be permitted entry. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. All attendees must have a pre-booked standard admission ticket. We cannot issue refunds to under 16s who are not accompanied by an adult.
There is a 15-minute walk from the car park to the concert arena along uneven path. Please ensure you are wearing suitable footwear for undulating farmland. Please ensure you leave enough time to access the arena and to undergo security checks.
We will have a designated area for accessible viewing so you can enjoy all the action on the stage. This will be signposted at the event.
There will be no seating provided at the concert. Small foldable camping chairs and picnic rugs are permitted.
Food and drink will not be permitted to be brought into the concert site, with the exception of food for medical reasons. Access to free drinking water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring 1 x 500ml reusable sealed plastic bottle of water.
